1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Popps ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. The Service

Popps provides AI-powered contextual pop-up generation for blog content. You provide blog URLs, and our AI classifies the content, generates targeted pop-up copy, and helps you deploy pop-ups that match reader intent.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple free accounts.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of your blog content. By using Popps, you grant us a limited license to access and analyze your content for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of any content you submit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, to spam visitors, or to generate misleading or deceptive content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Popps is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
